How do I return an item?
Looking to return it or make an exchange? No problem, we have a no hassle return/exchange policy: we guarantee your complete satisfaction. If at any time you're not 100% satisfied, send your unused items back within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. No questions asked.

To make a return or exchange:
- Download and Print the Return/Exchange Form available at the bottom of this page.
- To return your item just fill out the form listing whether you want a return or exchange and send your product back.
- If you are having a hard time finding the form or downloading it please contact Team Heritage customer service at Team@hbandf.com. We will be happy to email you a form.
- If you have any questions you can always drop us a quick email.
- How long will it take to get my refund back? Once your package is received and processed the refund will show up after 2-3 business days.
- Is there a time limit on returns? Yes, items will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Do I receive Store Credit or an actual refund? You will receive a refund back to the original method of payment.
- Do I need the packaging returned with the gear? Yes, please return the items/apparel with all original packaging and tags. Items that are returned without original packaging will be accepted but are subject to a restocking fee.
- If I use the items can I return them? We only accept used returns for warranty purposes. If you have a problem with your items please contact customer service to learn more about the warranty.
